Whoever invests fund money lives with a clock: buy, improve, sell. We don't. Auremont invests its own capital only, and that changes the relationship fundamentally.
It starts with certainty: our proposal carries no financing condition, so no banks in the final stretch. It also makes us fast, because we never need to convince anyone but ourselves. And it brings calm — we sell when it suits the company, not when a calendar says so.
